AMP NORD is implementing the project „Development and implementation of a design strategy at AMP NORD Sp. z o.o.” as part of the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme Priority I. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Measure 1.4 Design in SMEs. The project consists in the implementation of innovative products from the field of small urban architecture, under the new sub-brand AMP NORD.

The project involves the implementation of a new line of small urban architecture products under the AMP NORD Sp. z o.o. brand, developed on the basis of the results of a design audit and a design strategy. The scope of the project includes the purchase of advisory services connected with the development and implementation of a design strategy, as well as the realisation of necessary investment purchases enabling the implementation of the product innovation.

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through the application of design processes and the implementation of a product innovation responding to the current needs of users of public spaces.

Effects and results:
The final result of the project will be the launch of an innovative line of small urban architecture products, characterised by high quality workmanship, aesthetics, functionality and accessibility. In addition, the project will result in a significant change in the business model - a transition from subcontracting activity to activity based on own products, design and brand. The undertaking will contribute to the development of the Applicant's activity in a new market segment and increase its competitive advantage

Target groups: municipalities, local authorities, developers, landscape architects, public infrastructure managers and institutions designing recreational spaces.
