Scope of work:
Preparation of tenders, including cost estimates for the refining/petrochemical industry for the public and private sector based on a normative basis for the determination of R,M,S according to the Catalogues of Tangible Expenditures by publishers State Office, Wacetob, KNP, KNC, etc.
Costing in accordance with the „Sekocenbud” price list from the quarter preceding the date of completion.
Analysis of the technical documentation and the pre-invoice.
Collecting and verifying bids from subcontractors.
Inter-industry coordination of valuations.
Requirements
- Ability to read and analyse tender documents SWZ, conduct site visits
- Agreements with the investor
- Monitoring the tender process
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Meticulousness and accuracy
- Major/technical studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in valuation of steel structures and pipelines
Welcome:
